LS100 COLLATOR/ALIGNER - a uniform line from an uneven feed

The
TELTEK LS100 takes products delivered in groups
across the feeder and delivers a uniform line to downstream
systems. The LS100 is designed for rollstock
machines and other machines that present products
in batches.
The LS100 is unbeatable at handling and organizing
products that are difficult to move laterally, e.g.
flat products.
In creating the uniform line, the LS100 maintains
each individual product's orientation (without turning)
on the conveyor. This simplifies the task of downstream
machines.

The
TELTEK LS100 comes with a stainless steel stand and
electronics cabinet, an aluminium conveyor and a Plexiglas
safety hood. It is controlled via a PLC system and photocells.
Speed is determined by the length of the incoming feed and
the number of conveyors. Depending on design, the LS100
can handle a total of up to 60 - 80 products per minute.
The LS100 is CE marked and can be supplied with several,
easily interchanged conveyor options.
