The complete Steck Europe range of depositors is built from approved materials: 316L stainless steel is used for all product-contact areas. Thanks to its unique cassette-motor design, these machines are far easier to clean than competing models, many of which still date back to 1970s designs. Every Steck Europe machine is protected to IP65 standard, preventing water from entering the pneumatics — one of the main causes of depositor failure.

The Dimension range spans from a single standalone machine to multi-cylinder models mounted on a transverse or cantilever frame — easily accessible to forklifts. Other models include multi-head, sequential depositors for placement over thermoforming machines. The multi-cylinder machines run seamlessly within pie, pasta, pizza, ready-meal, bakery and cake lines. Through its partners, Steck Europe also supplies complete process-line solutions, including forklift systems, pot dropping, tray de-nesting, heat sealing and special-purpose machines for specific applications.

Upgrades and refurbishment
Steck Europe offers an upgrade and refurbishment service for the complete *Turbo depositor range and a selection of the *Apple range. The upgrade replaces the entire air circuit with a pilot-less version and, on some models, introduces a replacement D-valve for improved dosing accuracy. Every upgrade includes a complete off-site, nut-and-bolt rebuild, with particular attention paid to the safety systems.Many machines can be offered on an exchange basis, keeping your production running without interruption.
