Pneumatic piston pumps

CSF Inox air-operated piston pumps are built to move even the most demanding products with ease. From free-flowing to highly viscous, they reliably pump, feed and spray in any installation where controlled, consistent delivery matters. Because the drive is pneumatic, they also run safely in explosive (ATEX) zones, with no electricity near the product.

Seals and pump elements are available in a range of materials and executions, designed and tested for pressures from 0 to 150 bar and flow rates from 1 to 100 litres per minute. All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel.

The PA food series consists of double-acting sanitary pumps, with a wide choice of pistons to suit the product being pumped. The reciprocating drive uses a compressed-air valve, and the pump connects to the motor via a Tri-clamp coupling — so it strips down in seconds for cleaning. Both inside and outside are built from polished AISI 304 / AISI 316L stainless steel. Shaft and piston seals are made of food-grade rubber or Teflon.

The PA industrial series shares the double-acting sanitary build but is hardened for heavier duty. Alongside polished AISI 304 / AISI 316L stainless steel it uses aluminium and galvanised metal, with Teflon seals on shaft and piston. Pump components are screw-mounted and the outlet has a cylindrical gas thread. Ideal for pumping viscous products such as glue, paints and resins.

The PAR series comprises lighter industrial piston pumps for less intensive use. Here the reciprocating drive works with a spring system. The pumps are built from AISI 304 / AISI 316L stainless steel, aluminium and galvanised metal; components are screw-mounted, with a cylindrical gas thread at the outlet.

The PA-AP series is engineered for high pressure, with materials that stand up to those demanding requirements — a range of 0 to 150 bar. Pump and motor connect via a dedicated flange. It is built in AISI 304 stainless steel, with a leak-free CHEVRON pack-type seal and Teflon pistons with springs.
