Pneumatic piston pumps

The CSF pneumatic piston pumps are available in different makes, depending on which products need to be pumped. These pumps are designed to pump, feed and spray a wide range of applications and highly viscous products in installations where a controlled supply of products is required.

Thanks to the pneumatic motor, the pump can also be switched on in explosion-free areas. Seals and pump elements are available in different materials and stages, designed and tested for different applications with a variable pressure of between 0 and 150 bar and capacities of 1 to 100 litres per minute. Parts which are in contact with the product are available in stainless steal AISI 304 and 316.

Double action sanitary pumps with a broad range of pistons according to the product to be pumped. Alternating motor with compressed air valve. The pumps are connected to several motors by a Tri-clamp coupling for a simple disassembly for cleaning purposes. It is made of AISI 304 / AISI 316L polished stainless steel, both on the inside and outside. The seals of the axis and piston are made of food grade rubber or Teflon.

They are made of AISI 304 / AISI 316L polished stainless steel, aluminium and galvanised metal. The seals of the axis and piston are made of Teflon. The pump components are assembled by screwing, pump output with cylindrical gas thread. Ideal to pump viscous products like glue, paints, resins, etc.

Light industrial piston pumps for less heavy use. Alternating motor with spring system. made of AISI 304 / AISI 316L stainless steel and in aluminium and galvanised steel. Pump components are assembled by screwing, pump outlet with cylindrical gas thread.

Piston pumps for high pressure, made of materials suitable to these high demands. Pressure range from 0 to 150 bar. Coupling between pump and motors by means of an adjusted flange. Made of AISI 304 steel. CHEVRON pack-type leakproof sealing of piston in Teflon with springs.

By using accessories specifically developed for use with different types of pneumatic pumps, a high application grade can be obtained for different applications.
