The right packaging protects your product, extends its shelf life and sells on the shelf. From filling, forming and sealing the primary pack to case packing and palletising at the end of the line: VME builds and supplies complete packaging solutions for the food industry. With our own machine building (rotary, VFFS, premade pouch, cobots) and strong partners such as Bisignano, we tailor every line to your product, speed and packaging format.

A packaging line usually combines two stages. In primary packaging, the product is dosed, formed and closed — for example into bags (VFFS), premade pouches, cups, trays or flow-wrap. In secondary packaging and end-of-line, those packs are collected, cased, wrapped and palletised, increasingly with the help of robots and cobots. VME integrates both stages into one smooth, reliable line.

Packaging solutions apply across the entire food industry: dairy and desserts, ready meals, meat and fish, bakery and snacks, cheese and more. Depending on the product and the desired presentation, you can choose bags, premade pouches, cups, trays, cases or pallets. From powders and granules to solid, liquid or fragile products: there is always a suitable packaging technique, at low or high line speed.

VME combines its own machine building with a strong partner network. We ourselves supply rotary packaging machines, vertical form-fill-seal machines (VFFS), premade pouch solutions and cobot palletising, among others. Through our partner Bisignano, we also offer preformed packaging lines, form-fill-seal machines and complete end-of-line solutions (unscramblers, packers, wrap-around and palletising). This lets us build the right line for every need — from a single machine to a turnkey installation.
