• Kadé (Paschka): installation of high-sensitivity CEIA metal detection systems on all production lines, a product press for making bushes, conversion and automation of a linear packaging machine for round cheesecake pots.
• Spreadilicious (speculoos spread): supply and installation of a cleaning system for plastic and glass jars, CEIA metal detection on the various production lines, custom dosing solutions.
• Maisonie Homemade Desserts: automation of several dessert production lines, high-sensitivity CEIA metal detector for full product inspection.
• Special dosing head for filling soups on a bagging machine (form and seal)
• Pasta-breaking machine: cleanly break pasta packed in 5 kg bags in two, without damaging the bag, so it can be returned to stock.
• Integration of a D75 dosing machine into an existing rotary sealing machine
• Automation and optimisation of a complete filling line for detergents, including a three-lane infeed table with automatic sorting
• Dutch Army project: integration of a checkweigher into a fully automatic sorting system for cartridge casings (180/min) to separate live rounds from empty casings, so the latter can be sold for recycling. Explosion-proof environment.
